Eighth Ward VFD was dispatched to a motor vehicle fire on Highway 445 at 2:46pm on Monday, April 12, 2021. Upon arrival 3 minutes after the alarm, firefighters discovered the motor vehicle was a fully involved RV.

The camper fire was between Stepp Road and E Bennett Road, just north of Washley Creek.
